About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Manager to lead our monitoring operations in Karachi. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily workflows, manage staff performance, and ensure smooth service delivery. You will work closely with senior management on operational planning, client coordination, and maintaining service standards across shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Monitoring Agents and daily operations
- Prepare performance reports and operational summaries
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols
- Coordinate shift schedules and manage team attendance
- Handle client queries and escalations when required
- Train new staff on monitoring procedures and tools
- Report directly to management on daily and weekly progress
- Maintain documentation and incident records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, team supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts if needed.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring or security industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools.
