About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media posts, ads, and campaigns
- Create visual content for blog posts and latest news updates
- Develop marketing materials for services like Live CCTV Monitoring and Virtual Doorman
- Design banners, flyers, brochures, and print collateral
- Build and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Create UI elements and web graphics as needed
- Collaborate with the content and SEO team on visual requirements
- Edit and enhance images using AI tools and traditional software
- Support video production with thumbnails and motion graphics
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Requirements
Technical Proficiency:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design
Portfolio:
- An up-to-date portfolio with diverse graphic design work (web, social media, print, branding)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer in a design, marketing, or agency environment
Core Skills:
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising strategies
Soft Skills:
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills to interpret creative briefs
AI Tool Competence:
- Experience with generative AI for image creation, editing, and enhancement (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar AI models)
