- To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
- To keep the website secure and block spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (for example newsletters and non-essential cookies), on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (enquiries and quotes), and on our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.
4. Cookies and third-party tools
The website uses the following services, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:
| Service | Purpose |

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business (such as the services listed above, email and hosting providers), under appropriate confidentiality terms.
- GCCTVMS team members and offices who need it to respond to you or deliver services.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect people or property.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised or sold.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and partnership information for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, and generally no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless we have an ongoing contract or a legal reason to keep it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's settings.
7. How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing;
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation;
- if you are a California resident, know what we collect and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money.
To use any of these rights, email areesha.mumtaz@gcctvms.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
9. International transfers
We operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in Pakistan and the United States. When we transfer information, we take steps to make sure it stays protected, for example through contractual safeguards with our providers.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
